Can I use my membership at both Super Llama locations?
No. Memberships are location-specific. A Plano membership is valid at Plano only, and an Allen membership is valid at Allen only.
Do adults need a ticket?
Adults supervising from designated seating areas do not need a ticket. Adults entering the inflatable play area need a ticket or parent pass.
How do I cancel my membership?
Start by logging in to your Plano ROLLER membership account: https://plano.superllama.com/buytickets/en-us/login . For cancellation help, contact support.plano@superllama.com. The six-month minimum commitment still applies.
Who should I contact about parties or customer support?
Plano parties and events: party.plano@superllama.com. Plano customer support: support.plano@superllama.com.
Can I bring outside food or drinks?
No outside food or drinks are allowed for regular visits. Birthday party desserts and approved group lunchboxes may be allowed only under specific event rules.
Are Super Llama socks included?
Yes. Each jumper in the birthday party receives a complimentary pair of Super Llama socks.
Can I keep my old membership price?
Current members who reactivate during the transition period can keep their current membership pricing as part of our special price lock promotion.
Quick Notes: Admission weight limit is 250 lbs. All sales are final. Super Llama socks are required for each guest buying a jump band. No re-entry after leaving the building. No outside food or drink allowed. See the published pass options above or contact this park for add-ons.
